Pre‑race favourite Soldi breezes past classy filly to claim Inglis Banner at Flemington

At Flemington, pre‑race favourite Soldi lived up to his billing, taking the Inglis Banner in dominant fashion and leaving a classy filly to settle for a respectable run.

The race unfolded like a footy match, with Soldi breaking clear early while the filly made a late surge, but the favourite kept the lead to the finish line.

Soldi’s jockey rode with confidence, and the filly’s connections could only applaud the winner’s performance.

The victory adds another win to Soldi’s record at Flemington, confirming his status as a top‑class performer.
