Gallen knocked out by rookie Asofa‑Solomona, declares Father Time undefeated

In a stunning turn of events, veteran NRL star Paul Gallen was knocked out by New Zealand rookie Nelson Asofa‑Solomona. The punch landed cleanly, sending the seasoned player to the canvas.

Regaining his composure, Gallen stepped up to the microphone and delivered a wry line: “Father Time is undefeated.” The remark was a tongue‑in‑cheek nod to his long‑standing career now facing its inevitable end.

The arena erupted in a blend of disbelief and amusement, with spectators and commentators alike sharing the moment across social media. Memes and jokes quickly followed, celebrating both the knockout and Gallen’s self‑deprecating humor.

While the knockout will be remembered as a highlight of the bout, Gallen’s quip reminded everyone that even legends can be out‑timed, though they may still have a sense of humor about it.
