Murdoch Makes Rare Public Appearance, Dispels Health Rumors at Benefit Dinner

Rupert Murdoch, 95, stepped out of the shadows for a rare public appearance at the American Australian Association’s 2026 New York Benefit Dinner.

The event, normally a low‑key fundraiser, was suddenly the focus of a crowd eager to see whether the veteran media mogul was still in good shape.

Murdoch’s presence alone was enough to silence the rumours that had been circulating about his health.

The 95‑year‑old titan’s appearance was a reminder that, even at his age, he remains a force to be reckoned with in the world of media and philanthropy.
