Musk Blames US for Starlink Bottleneck as Ukraine’s Missions Go on Hold

Elon Musk has blamed the United States for throttling Ukraine’s Starlink service, saying any limits on access are a U.S. decision, not his company’s.

Ukrainian officials, however, say the satellite network has improved but still suffers from speed caps that have disrupted battlefield missions, forcing the cancellation of several operations.

Musk has also pointed a finger at the Trump administration, suggesting the current U.S. leadership bears responsibility for the perceived interference.

The reports have reignited fears that the Pentagon is throttling Starlink bandwidth to help Russia, a claim that has not yet been confirmed by U.S. officials.
