Dragons Eye Kangaroos Debutant After Bostock Slip‑through

The Dragons are signalling their intent to chase a Kangaroos debutant should he become a free agent, after the club previously let Jack Bostock slip through their fingers.

The slip involving Bostock – a moment that left the Dragons wondering where the ball went – has become a cautionary tale within the organisation. Now, recruiters are keeping an eye on any Kangaroos rookie who might be on the market, hoping to lure him with the promise of a fresh start.

While the Kangaroos appear content to let their debutant develop in their own system, the Dragons’ scouting department is ready to make a pitch the moment the player’s contract expires.

If the opportunity arises, the Dragons say they’ll bring their best offer to the table, hoping the rookie will choose their colours over the Kangaroos’.

Fans can expect the saga to continue as free‑agency speculation heats up, with the Dragons poised to turn a past slip‑up into a future acquisition.
