Deadly Fire Ants Invade Sydney Logistics Centre, Camera Catches the Chaos

A surveillance camera at a logistics centre in Sydney recorded a swarm of fire ants moving across the facility’s floor.

The footage confirms that fire ants, known for their painful stings, have been found inside the city’s supply‑chain infrastructure – a rare sight for urban Australia.

The clip quickly spread online, prompting a wave of jokes about the ants staging a runway show inside the warehouse while viewers wondered what the next delivery might be: a pallet of peanuts or a marching band of insects?
