NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Controls Boost GeForce NOW Performance and Visuals

GeForce NOW has rolled out a new set of DLSS 4.5 controls that give players more granular control over how their cloud‑hosted games look and run. Instead of a single “DLSS” toggle, users can now pick from presets that balance frame‑rate and visual fidelity, or fine‑tune the quality level with a slider.

The change means that even gamers who don’t own the latest NVIDIA hardware can benefit from DLSS 4.5’s upscaling and anti‑aliasing, because the feature runs entirely in the cloud. According to NVIDIA, the new controls are available in all supported titles that have been updated to the latest DLSS 4.5 SDK.

Alongside the visual tweak, the announcement notes that Keen Games’ Enshrouded will leave early access and hit its 1.0 release this week. The title’s launch is timed to showcase the new DLSS 4.5 options, giving players a fresh experience in a fully polished environment.

Gamers can enable the new DLSS settings from the GeForce NOW app’s settings menu, where a simple toggle lets them switch between “Performance,” “Balanced,” and “Quality” modes. The update is part of NVIDIA’s ongoing effort to improve cloud gaming on a wide range of devices.
