Jennifer Coolidge Returns as Karen Calhoun for “The Watcher” Season 2

Netflix has confirmed that Jennifer Coolidge will return as Karen Calhoun for Season 2 of the psychological thriller “The Watcher.”

In the first season, Coolidge’s brassy realtor sold Naomi Watts’ character, Nora Brannock, and Bobby Cannavale’s character, Dean Brannock, a home that quickly proved to be a nightmare.

Fans will once again see her in the signature pastel‑colored power suits that turned the character into a fashion meme and a symbol of over‑the‑top real‑estate ambition.

Season 2 will continue the series’ blend of suburban dread and cut‑throat property deals, with Karen poised to close more contracts in the same unsettling neighborhood.

Production on the new season is slated to begin soon, and Netflix’s recent teaser confirms Coolidge’s return to the role.
